honor 8 for excellence
The
Associated Contractors of America's
Phoenix chapter handed out eight awards to
recognize
excellence in construction and
contracting.
Entrepreneur Frank Rivera, who
in 1992
bought Phoenix-based ATL Inc. received
the Hall of Fame Award. Rivera, who was
working
as vice president of operations and
marketing,
took his retirement savings to
fulfill a childhood
dream of owning a
construction company.
ATL
does construction specialty inspections,
materials testing and geotechnical and
environmental
engineering in construction
and contracting.
On November 19th, 2004. American
